How It Works?

The VERITAS test includes a suitability analysis of the applicant’s personality and credibility to the position and the organization.
At the end of the personality and credibility chapter, the system marks the applicant’s anomalous answers regarding themselves or the population and questions the applicant according to their answers.
The applicant has a limited time to answer, allocated by the complexity of the question and the desired length of the answer.
The applicant’s answers are recorded as a frontal video interview, and are included in the applicant’s summary report.
The interview can be replayed and shared with other parties in the organization – to optimize an effective recruitment process. VERITAS LIVE allows us to understand the applicant: their positions, the way they articulates and presents themselves. Thus, the decision is based on both data and employers’ intuition. In addition, the applicant can explain themselves and their choices during the assessment.
