“Cookies policy”
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identifier that is transferred (via the browser) from a website to your computer’s hard drive. The cookie identifies your browser but does not provide the website with information about you, such as your name and/or address. These files are used by websites to recognize when users return to the site. Our Website and/or Online Platform use cookies so that we can recognize you when you return and personalize your settings and preferences. Most browsers are initially configured to accept cookies. You can change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to refuse cookies altogether. Please note that if you refuse to accept cookies, our Website and/or online services may not function efficiently.
We may use third-party cookies, such as Google Analytics, for marketing purposes. These cookies allow us to display promotional content to you on other websites you visit across the internet. Where necessary, we may also share information about your behavior on our Website with third parties (including operators of third-party websites and/or social media platforms) in order to segment advertisements and other content. In certain cases, we use cookies to associate user activity with the third-party website that referred the user to our Website, or to associate activity of users we referred to a third-party website. We do not share personal data or details of individual user activity with such partners. We also use cookies to associate user activity with the email campaign that directed the user to our Website.
We use cookies to limit certain types of cyberattacks. We also use cookies during audits and fraud investigations. Some of our cookie/device tracking is performed through third-party vendors, while in other cases we use our own indexing systems to identify activity related to specific cookies. Session cookies are temporary cookies that remain in your browser’s cookie file until you leave our Website. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, typically remain in your browser’s cookie file for longer periods, depending on the specific cookie’s lifetime.
When we use session cookies to track the total number of visitors to our Website, this is done on an anonymous aggregate basis. We also use Google Analytics to track how users interact with our Website and/or Online Platform. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and generates reports that detail data such as the number of visits to the Website and/or Platform, the usual sources of traffic, the duration of visits, and the pages viewed. Google Analytics sets several persistent cookies on your computer’s hard drive. These cookies do not collect personal information.
If you do not agree to this use, you can disable persistent cookies in your browser. Doing so will prevent Google Analytics from recording your visits.
Accordingly, whenever we rely on your consent to process your personal data, such processing is justified under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us or to take pre-contractual steps at your request, such processing will be based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, we will process your data under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Where the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, such processing will be carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside the European Union
We may share personal data with our employees, consultants, and external service providers located outside your country, but only to deliver the services for which you provided the personal data—even to countries that may not offer a level of protection equivalent to that of your country of residence or to countries that provide a similar level of data protection. However, we will obtain your explicit consent before using your data for any purpose other than the provision of the services for which you provided it.
For Users in the European Union and Switzerland Only – Transfer of Your Data Outside the European Economic Area
As part of the services offered to you through this Website or Online Platform, as applicable, information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland. This may occur if one of our servers is located from time to time in a country outside the EEA or Switzerland.
These countries may not have laws that provide the same level of data protection as those of the European Union or Switzerland. In such cases, we will enter into agreements adopted by the European Commission or adopt binding corporate rules under which our affiliated companies and/or our consultants or service providers will commit to enforceable policies. If you use our services while you are outside the EEA or Switzerland, your data may be transferred outside the EEA or Switzerland in order to provide you with those services.

For EU users, the applicable law is that of their country of residence.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
